The Unsigned Diploma

This Picture Was Taken During My High School Graduation, March 25, 1988. At Manila Cathedral School, Located at Tondo, Manila, Philippines.
As you can see one of the guest were Talking to Our School Principal. I Heard their conversation was about My Diploma. The Guest asked her why is it that My Diploma was not signed by Her.
I Heard the School Principal replied that it is because I Still Have Back Subjects to Completed first before She'll signed it.

Note: My Back Subjects are English 1V & Math 1V.
